Job summary

This role involves supporting the central portfolio team in maximizing the value of a real estate portfolio through strategic analysis and data-driven decision-making. The Analyst will prepare presentations, coordinate data, and assist in portfolio analysis while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with financial and operational data.
• Strong attention to detail and good judgment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Interest in real estate and motivation to develop sector knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality presentations for portfolio reviews and management meetings.
• Gather and consolidate data from various teams and functions.
• Support analysis of portfolio performance, including rent development and operating costs.
• Maintain key portfolio files, trackers, and databases.
• Coordinate team deliverables and track actions and deadlines.
