Job summary

This role involves supporting the central portfolio team in maximizing the value of a real estate portfolio through strategic analysis and data-driven decision-making. The Analyst will prepare high-quality presentations, coordinate data, and assist in portfolio analysis while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, consulting, transaction support, or corporate finance.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working with financial and operational data.
  • Strong attention to detail and good judgment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Interest in real estate and motivation to build sector knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare presentations for portfolio reviews and management meetings.
  • Consolidate data from various teams and ensure timely, accurate information.
  • Analyze portfolio performance metrics such as rent development and operating costs.
  • Maintain key portfolio files, trackers, and databases.
  • Support team coordination and track actions and deadlines.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create polished presentations quickly.
  • Dependable and structured approach to work.

Education

  • Relevant degree in finance, real estate, or a related field preferred.

Tools

  • Excel, PowerPoint, and portfolio management databases.
