Job summary

The role involves shaping the architecture for modern data and AI platforms tailored for enterprise clients. The Principal Solution Architect will lead the design and delivery of complex data solutions, acting as a trusted technical authority while also engaging in hands-on implementation when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture of enterprise data platforms from design to production.
• Translate business needs into scalable architectures.
• Drive architecture decisions throughout the data lifecycle.
• Lead technical design sessions and workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure architectural integrity during delivery.
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex project challenges.
• Contribute hands-on to prototyping and critical pipelines.
• Perform architecture reviews and design validations.
• Define and evolve architecture patterns and best practices.
• Mentor engineers and architects to enhance technical capabilities.

Skills

• Proficiency with Azure Data Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and real-time architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps practices.

Education

• Relevant degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in data architecture and engineering.
