Job summary

This role is focused on aligning company strategy with daily operations through effective systems and frameworks. The position involves collaboration with senior leadership to manage planning processes and ensure that strategic initiatives are actionable and measurable.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy & operations, or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives across senior leadership teams.
• Experience in designing planning frameworks and operational systems.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with an executive presence.
• Data fluency and analytical skills for reporting and recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Preferred experience with high-growth companies and project management tools like Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira.
