Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual design and interaction execution for marketing websites.
• Create landing pages, feature explainers, and conversion flows that align with brand and performance goals.
• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes using Figma.
• Collaborate with CRO and analytics teams for A/B testing and experimentation.
• Ensure design adheres to accessibility standards and performance metrics.
• Contribute to the design system and web component library for consistency across markets.
• Work closely with developers for high-quality implementation and optimization.
