Job summary

The role involves assembling sensor products and components to meet production targets while ensuring quality standards are upheld. The assembler will work under moderate supervision and is responsible for documenting processes and resolving any discrepancies encountered during assembly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar assembly role within related industries.
  • Ability to interpret work instructions and schematics for assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products and components according to provided instructions and schematics.
  • Maintain quality records in compliance with ISO quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections and tests as per established guidelines.
  • Connect component lead-wires to printed circuits and route wires between components.
  • Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in temperature probes.
  • Attach hardware such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches to assemblies.
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills

  • Strong hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small parts.
  • Attention to detail in assembly and documentation processes.

Education

  • Relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly roles preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment used in manufacturing settings.
