Project Controller (Finance, Brøndby or Esbjerg)

Job summary

Seeking a Project Controller with expertise in project financial management and reporting. This role involves collaboration with project managers and operations to ensure financial transparency and effective decision-making.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in finance, controlling, or accounting.
• Experience in a Controller role, particularly in project controlling.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost control, and project economics.
• Proficiency in D365 or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
• Comfortable working with various stakeholders in finance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project controlling for multiple projects, including budget tracking and variance analysis.
• Monitor project profitability and assess financial risks.
• Provide financial insights and support to project managers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Conduct analyses and offer ad-hoc financial assistance.
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and proper financial entries in D365.
• Contribute to the enhancement of controlling and reporting processes.

Skills

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Danish is a plus.
• Strong Excel capabilities; familiarity with BI and reporting tools is advantageous.

Education

• Relevant degree in finance, controlling, or accounting.
