• 5 to 10 years of experience in financial or commercial operations within the freight forwarding or logistics sector.
• Strong understanding of Airfreight and LCL operational drivers.
• Expertise in margin management, costing, and revenue assurance.
• Proficient analytical skills for interpreting operational and financial data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Capability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decisions.
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on control and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional cost accrual and billing accuracy, ensuring data integrity.
• Address issues with outlier shipments and lead initiatives to minimize revenue leakage.
• Collaborate with procurement and carrier management for accurate cost allocation.
• Standardize financial processes across countries and trade lanes.
• Ensure financial governance frameworks are established and maintained.
• Monitor gross profit performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with regional leadership for budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Provide insights on profitability drivers and support commercial strategies.
