Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in financial or commercial operations within the freight forwarding or logistics sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Airfreight and LCL operational drivers.
• Proficient in margin management, costing, and revenue assurance.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting operational and financial data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Capability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional cost accrual and billing accuracy, ensuring data integrity.
• Address issues related to outlier shipments with operations.
• Lead initiatives to minimize revenue leakage and optimize shipment margins.
• Collaborate with procurement and carrier management for accurate cost allocation.
• Standardize freight audit and reconciliation processes across regions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and Operations.
• Support digital transformation in financial automation and cost allocation tools.
• Monitor and analyze gross profit performance and trade lane profitability.
• Partner with leadership for budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Provide insights on profitability drivers and customer contributions.
