Job summary

The Revenue Operations Manager will enhance commercial performance by optimizing systems and processes for sales and account management teams, ensuring effective outreach and customer success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a B2B setting, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, especially HubSpot.
  • Analytical mindset with skills in building dashboards and reports.
  • Experience in managing sales processes and enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex operations into clear recommendations.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to a developing role.
  • Interest in the energy transition and clean electricity.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize pre-sales systems and processes for lead generation and conversion tracking.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and manage the Sales Playbook and sales enablement tools.
  • Develop pipeline forecasting logic and maintain deal data integrity.
  • Monitor churn risk and track renewals while identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless communication and operational flow.

Education
