Senior Actuary (Reinsurance, Remote/EMEA)

Job summary

An experienced actuary is sought to support the development and management of Captive Programmes across the EMEA region. This role involves leveraging actuarial expertise to tailor solutions for clients and drive business growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in actuarial roles.
• Background in auditing, consultancy, captives, reinsurance, or broking is preferred.
• Strong understanding of various lines of business and their interactions.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and structure Captive Programmes to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with Treaty business teams for effective placement and management of Captive business.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across the EMEA region.
• Contribute to achieving ambitious growth targets.
• Provide expert actuarial insights to create innovative reinsurance and risk management solutions.

Education
