Senior AI Analyst (Biotechnology, Remote)

Job summary

The role involves driving the adoption and impact of AI technologies within a biotechnology organization. The Senior AI Analyst will be part of a Data & AI Enablement team, focusing on enhancing AI literacy and supporting the development of tailored AI solutions across various business units.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Business, Information Technology, Data/AI, Digitalization, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in AI enablement, stakeholder engagement, and analytics advisory
• Experience with AI adoption in business settings and familiarity with generative AI tools
• Knowledge of KPI reporting and AI use case tracking; experience with data tools like Power BI, KNIME, or Alteryx is a plus
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Run and mature the AI Adoption Program, organizing sessions and engaging with leaders
• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases in collaboration with business units
• Drive AI enablement and foster organizational AI literacy
• Contribute to responsible AI governance in partnership with Data Office, Legal, and IT Security
• Establish reporting and value tracking frameworks for AI initiatives
• Facilitate community activities such as AI cafés and ambassador forums
