Senior Analytics & Systems Expert (Healthcare, Remote)

Job summary

The role focuses on enhancing global performance transparency and operational excellence within the After Sales team of a Digital Health Solutions division. The Senior Analytics & Systems Expert will establish KPI frameworks and reporting structures to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics, performance management, or systems governance in a global organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience in developing KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Knowledge of service management systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and data governance practices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across various functions and seniority levels.
• Experience in an After Sales or service-driven environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern global KPI frameworks and develop reporting structures and dashboards.
• Establish performance review processes and ensure transparency in operational and financial performance.
• Govern data accuracy and completeness, enforcing data quality standards and master data governance.
• Oversee ServiceNow configuration principles and drive the roadmap for After Sales systems.
• Develop and maintain the global After Sales Toolbox, ensuring continuous improvement of tools and processes.
