Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in backend engineering, particularly in infrastructure or platform systems.
• Expertise in Ruby on Rails, including performance tuning and system design.
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
• Proven ability to enhance system scalability and reliability.
• Strong communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Bonus: Experience with high-growth platforms, React, or internal tools/SDKs.
