Senior Business Process Manager (Remote, Global)

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in complex environments.
• Experience in translating business needs into structured solutions, effectively bridging business and technology.
• Demonstrated capability in building organizational skills and driving adoption of best practices.
• Background in large-scale business or digital transformation programs, particularly ERP.
• Strong understanding of business processes and experience in Business Process Management (BPM).
• Familiarity with BPM tools like SAP Signavio is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process management for major transformation initiatives.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment across functions.
• Own and evolve the BPM framework, governance, and standards for consistency and scalability.
• Drive process excellence and continuous improvement across the value chain.
• Oversee process design and integration within transformation programs.
• Build BPM capability through coaching and training.
• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Provide thought leadership on process innovation and digital enablement.
• Establish SLAs, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
• Identify and implement technology improvements in BPM tools.

Education

Tools
