Job summary

An experienced Clinical Drug Supply Manager is sought to ensure timely delivery of clinical trial supplies for various stages of trials. This role involves refining processes within the Global Clinical Drug Supply Manufacturing function and requires strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (pharma, science, engineering, or supply chain management)
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience, with 6+ years for Senior Manager level
• Proven skills in global vendor collaboration and oversight of clinical packaging and labelling
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects with an innovative mindset
• Strong problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced settings
• Extensive knowledge of GMP, GDP, and GCP regulations
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Manage operational objectives related to packaging and labelling, ensuring proactive oversight
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and GCP regulations during inspection readiness
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful project alignment
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure timely delivery according to SOW
• Support team members in troubleshooting and developing mitigation plans for operational challenges
• Mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performing environment
• Lead complex projects in clinical drug supply management
• Develop and implement SOPs for drug supply processes and manage cross-functional collaborations
