Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Background in CRM analytics, customer insights, reporting, pricing, or profitability analysis.
• Familiarity with large datasets and translating insights into actionable business strategies.
• Experience in the financial industry is beneficial.
• Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Quantitative Methods, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Nordic pricing ecosystem for Consumer Loans, ensuring competitive and compliant pricing.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform pricing and business decisions.
• Refine pricing strategies while ensuring alignment with risk and regulatory requirements.
• Support performance management through forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
• Improve data-driven practices by developing dashboards and automating pricing processes.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance products and campaigns, fostering knowledge sharing.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a business-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Coding skills in SQL, SAS, Python, or R are advantageous.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of at least one Nordic market, including local dynamics and regulations.
