Qualifications

• Over 5 years of finance experience in a large global organization, emphasizing reporting, analytics, and planning.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with business leaders.
• Understanding of capital expenditure accounting.
• Previous managerial experience.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling and scenario simulation.
• Experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong finance business partnering to the Digital and Technology leadership, supporting and challenging them to enhance outcomes and value.
• Drive improvements in processes and tools for Month-End Close, forecasting, target setting, and ongoing reporting.
• Support long-range planning and budgeting processes for Digital and Technology initiatives.

Education
