Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance transformation.
• Experience in a global or regional role.
• Strong background in financial modelling, reporting, and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the long-term financial planning process, aligning with corporate strategy.
• Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify deviations from long-term plans.
• Develop financial models to assess risks and opportunities.
• Serve as a strategic finance partner, shaping financial targets across stakeholder groups.
• Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership, simplifying complex financial data.
• Manage cash flow and balance sheet forecasting in line with financial plans.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for senior stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to business inquiries.
