Job summary

This position is for a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer who will lead the technical direction of an engineering team by delivering high-quality software and mentoring junior developers. The role involves building core functionality for a platform that processes extensive data for e-commerce solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Relevant degree (B.Sc, M.Sc) in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in TypeScript and its ecosystem, either on the frontend or backend
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to influence technical direction

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reliable solutions to address business use cases
• Develop full-stack solutions in TypeScript, focusing on readable, modular, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high quality and promote knowledge sharing
• Mentor other developers and establish best practices within the team
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and progress
• Set the technical direction to maintain a scalable and modular core platform

Skills

• Proactive, collaborative, and goal-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with modern DevOps methodologies and infrastructure
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or analytical databases like ClickHouse is a plus
• Interest in eCommerce and pricing domains is advantageous
