Senior Growth Product Designer (Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing self-serve and activation experiences for a product that simplifies spend management for businesses. The designer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create impactful user experiences that drive customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product-led growth (PLG) design, particularly in onboarding and activation.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design work with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to operate in a data-driven environment, forming hypotheses and testing them.
• Experience collaborating with data science and research teams.
• Excellent communication skills to influence design decisions across teams.
• Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and problem definition.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for key user flows including signup, onboarding, and activation.
• Develop design strategies based on customer insights and first principles.
• Collaborate with data and research to define success metrics and evaluate design impact.
• Conduct design experiments to test hypotheses and improve user experiences.
• Utilize and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency and quality.
• Incorporate content and localization considerations into design work.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to team growth in design practices.

Skills

• Strong craft in design with a focus on measurable impact.
• Ability to analyze user behavior and design accordingly.
• Experience in multi-market product design with a focus on localization.

Education

• Relevant degree in design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Tools

• Familiarity with design systems and tools used for prototyping and user testing.
