Job summary

This role focuses on driving end-to-end transformations across value chains, enhancing productivity and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within a global operations excellence team. The position involves significant travel to various manufacturing sites to implement lean strategies and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a regulated industry.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end value chain management principles (e.g., IBP and SCOR).
• Proven track record of driving sustainable change across entire value chains.
