Job summary

The role involves designing monetization experiences that enhance user conversion and retention for a multi-product platform. The designer will work on pricing pages, upgrade flows, and checkout experiences, focusing on both self-serve and enterprise users.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or growth-oriented roles.
  • Proven track record in designing monetization surfaces that positively impact conversion rates.
  • Experience in conducting data-driven experiments and interpreting analytics.
  • Strong understanding of monetization and pricing strategies for SaaS products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of monetization experiences, including pricing pages and in-product conversion touchpoints.
  • Conduct user research and usability tests to identify friction points in pricing and billing experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Mentor junior designers and advocate for best practices in monetization design.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools; familiarity with analytics platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders, including PMs and Engineers.
  • Ability to articulate design decisions and embrace feedback.

Education

  • A portfolio demonstrating design thinking and measurable impact on conversion metrics is required.

Tools

  • Figma, prototyping tools, and AI tools for design validation and prototyping.
