Senior Risk Manager (Non-Financial Risk, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves contributing to the governance and reporting functions within a Group Non-Financial Risk Management team, focusing on enhancing the Enterprise Risk Management framework. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective risk management practices.

• Professional experience in governance structures and committee management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data aggregation, analysis, and reporting across Group Risk & Capital Management.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and conduct ad-hoc analysis.
• Prepare reports for governance bodies and committees, including the Operational Risk Committee.
• Support the design and improvement of the Non-Financial Risks measurement framework.
• Manage schedules and agendas for principal governance committees.
• Establish best practice standards for governance committees.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of reporting tools like PowerBI and data management tools (SQL).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Education

• Graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
