Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in active equity strategies with a portfolio management mandate.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong background in fundamental equity investing, particularly in off-benchmark themes.

Responsibilities

• Construct and manage thematic portfolios.
• Optimize theme exposures, factor tilts, and risk contributions.
• Integrate insights from both bottom-up and top-down analyses.
• Collaborate with equity portfolio managers, analysts, risk teams, and ESG teams.
• Drive innovation using quantitative tools and AI to enhance research processes.
