Job summary

Seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design and optimization of web and mobile platforms for a telehealth service focused on weight management. This role involves creating high-conversion storefronts and internal analytics dashboards while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in software or product design.
• Proven track record in designing both high-traffic mobile/web storefronts and complex data-driven dashboard applications.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and make impactful decisions.
• Professional proficiency in English for documentation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, real-time dashboards for monitoring performance metrics.
• Drive the design roadmap for mobile applications and websites from concept to high-fidelity UI.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to create A/B test variants and analyze their impact on business metrics.
• Ensure user experience remains fast and meets performance standards across data-heavy interfaces.
• Translate high-fidelity designs into responsive, pixel-perfect experiences.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and SOC2 standards for data protection.

Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including mobile prototyping.
• Experience designing for analytics platforms and understanding conversion funnels.
• Strong technical knowledge of modern web and mobile stacks.
• Excellent eye for typography, grid systems, and micro-interactions.

Education

• Relevant degree in design, computer science, or a related field is preferred but not explicitly required.
