Job summary
This role involves leading user experience research to shape product design and strategy within the Academic & Government sector. The researcher will focus on understanding user needs and behaviors, applying various research methods to inform design decisions, and mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer and user needs through use case analysis, integrating feedback into design, and sharing insights across teams.
- Apply creative problem-solving techniques by analyzing briefs, collaborating with stakeholders, and using research insights to guide solutions.
- Lead user-centered product design initiatives, mentoring junior researchers and collaborating with design teams.
- Utilize data-driven analysis to inform strategy, establish key metrics, and iterate research methods based on user testing.
- Demonstrate technical research skills by using relevant tools and collaborating with technical teams.
