Senior UX Researcher (Remote, Global)

Job summary

This role involves leading user experience research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations, influencing product design and strategy. The researcher will mentor junior team members and apply various research methods to enhance user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer and user needs by analyzing use cases and integrating UX feedback into design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and designers to explore multiple perspectives and guide solutions through research insights.
• Lead user-centered product design using diverse UX research techniques and produce comprehensive research documentation.
• Conduct data-driven analysis and testing to inform strategy, establish key metrics, and iterate research methods.
• Utilize relevant tools and software for technical research and mentor junior researchers.

Qualifications
