Job summary

This role involves enhancing customer experience through user-centered design in digital health solutions. The designer will focus on creating intuitive interfaces that simplify complex workflows for healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Senior-level expertise in UX and UI design, with a strong focus on design strategy and execution.
• Experience conducting user studies and usability tests.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in designing enterprise software is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of end users' behaviors and needs to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape solutions from concept to delivery, ensuring user-centered design principles are applied.
• Plan and execute user studies and usability tests, identifying necessary stakeholder involvement.
• Assist in clarifying customer needs and requirements alongside the Product Owner.
• Create front-end user interface mockups and prototypes, utilizing AI tools for rapid iteration.
• Define interaction patterns and maintain usability across all solutions.
• Ensure design consistency across systems and adhere to product design guidelines.
• Communicate design concepts effectively to developers and other team members.
