Qualifications

• Over 20 years of experience in the software industry, with a minimum of 12 years in product management and 8 years in senior leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record in leading and scaling cross-functional teams globally, with ownership of product vision and strategy.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic outlook and operational direction.
• Familiarity with the data management landscape and experience in building 0-1 products or platform ecosystems is preferred.
