Qualifications

  • Significant leadership experience in the service function within the health technology sector, specifically in Imaging (MR, CT, DXR).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Customer Service Operations or Service Delivery with P&L responsibility.
  • Strong skills in commercial strategy, strategic planning, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Align service portfolio strategies with business goals to support growth and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to gather feedback and ensure service readiness for market introductions.
  • Develop and implement service delivery readiness plans for new product introductions.
  • Monitor financial and operational performance, focusing on key metrics like order intake and service availability.
  • Promote a culture of continuous service improvement through productivity initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and develop operational KPIs for service delivery.
  • Enhance market capabilities for selling and delivering services by equipping teams with necessary resources.
  • Define requirements for tools and process improvements to boost service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strategic services plan that anticipates future market trends and business needs.
  • Create comprehensive service documentation and customer-facing materials for effective service fulfillment.
