Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and support of online collaboration tools and business process automation solutions using Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365.
• Contribute to the creation of corporate dashboards and applications with NodeJS, PHP Framework, Microsoft PowerApps, and PowerBI.
• Support data collection, analysis, and visualization for project tracking using Excel and PowerBI.
• Help clean and elaborate data from IoT devices using Data Science principles.
• Participate in translating user requirements into UML diagrams and support quality software development.
• Research alternative tools for enhancing internal communications and tracking.
• Innovate and improve existing operating procedures and templates, promoting best practices.
• Advocate for the ICT strategic framework and work plan related to minimum ICT standards.

Skills

• Proficiency in software development tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of design thinking and service design principles.

Education

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
