Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related field, ideally at a senior or staff level.
  • Advanced SQL skills with a focus on performance optimization and maintainability.
  • Extensive experience with data warehousing technologies, particularly Redshift.
  • Strong expertise in dbt, including modular design and testing strategies.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain critical data models related to revenue and lifecycle metrics.
  • Experience in SaaS environments with complex analytics needs.
  • Excellent written communication skills for documenting decisions and designs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to communicate complex data concepts clearly.
  • Analytical mindset for resolving ambiguous metric definitions.
  • High autonomy and proactive problem-solving approach.
