Responsibilities

  • Manage agenda and onstage flow, ensuring smooth transitions between sessions
  • Confirm speaker readiness, including name pronunciations and session briefings
  • Coordinate with AV teams and livestream operators for technical readiness
  • Support panel dynamics and maintain balance in discussions
  • Act as a protocol guide for public sector speakers
  • Handle onstage contingencies and technical issues
  • Oversee backstage operations and speaker flow
  • Ensure a consistent and respectful atmosphere throughout the event

Skills

Education

  • Relevant experience in event management or related fields preferred
