Student Assistant (Operational Excellence, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Operational Excellence and Business Transformation initiatives within a global organization, focusing on data analysis, communication, and project management to drive sustainable change.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant practical experience through internships or volunteer work is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project-related data to prepare reports and insights for stakeholders.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on business transformation initiatives, including feedback collection and action tracking.
• Enhance visibility of initiatives through newsletters and other communication formats.
• Update and organize learning and guidance materials for clarity and consistency.
• Provide logistical support for workshops and meetings related to Operational Excellence activities.

Skills

• Basic understanding of project-based work and operational improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant degree program is required.
