Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Danish educational institution.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Proactive and curious about data and digitalization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and following up for Data Strategy meetings, including gathering inputs and documenting decisions.
• Maintain and update documentation such as KPI blueprints and governance materials.
• Support communication activities on platforms like Viva Engage and SharePoint.
• Contribute to improving workflows using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
• Help organize tasks in Jira and other collaboration tools.
• Support analysts in creating data products using Microsoft Power BI.

Skills

• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is advantageous.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI tools for information coordination is beneficial.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant educational program at a Danish institution is required.
