Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing engineers.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, particularly with Microsoft .NET and C#.
• Proven ability to foster team growth through feedback and coaching.
• Experience in agile methodologies and managing the full product lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of engineers to maximize their performance.
• Provide mentorship and career development support to team members.
• Ensure timely delivery of features and products from concept to maintenance.
• Collaborate with product owners and project managers to develop accurate data outputs.
• Promote the development of clean, reliable, and maintainable solutions while minimizing technical debt.
• Work with other engineering leaders to establish technical direction and improve processes.
