Job summary

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on development experience, preferably in a regulated sector.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on enabling team success.
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
• Interest in agentive AI as part of software development.
• Motivation for working on security-sensitive and regulated systems.
• Familiarity with eIDAS regulation, digital identity, and signing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to the engineering team.
• Cultivate a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify customer-centric solutions.
• Manage the technical roadmap and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Work with compliance teams to meet regulatory standards (eIDAS, ISO, etc.).
• Advocate for best practices in engineering, testing, and documentation.
• Engage in hands-on coding as needed.

Skills

• Proficiency in Kotlin, React, TypeScript, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

• Familiarity with modern development tools and practices in a regulated environment.
