  • Extensive senior experience in creative direction within consumer design, entertainment, or toy industries.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights related to boys and girls, with the ability to interpret trends and translate them into creative strategies.
  • Proven ability to drive portfolio-level decision-making, balancing consumer needs with business growth targets.
  • Experience in leading and inspiring creative teams, fostering a psychologically safe and innovative culture.
  • Strong strategic skills to shape innovation strategies and translate long-term visions into actionable plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities, particularly with senior leaders across various functions.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and steer the creative direction for the Boys & Girls Consumer Group.
  • Lead the Creative Leads Team, providing guidance and coaching for high-quality creative output.
  • Drive business accountability by delivering a balanced portfolio of experiences that meet consumer needs and business targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure coherence and quality across the value chain.
  • Stay attuned to market trends and cultural shifts, using insights to inform strategic direction.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills.

  • Proficiency in interpreting consumer insights and trends.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving capabilities.

Education

  • A degree in a relevant design discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
