Job summary

The role involves overseeing a portfolio of complex, high-value programs within the EMEA region, ensuring high-quality delivery from initiation to go-live while meeting client expectations and business objectives. The position requires collaboration with senior leaders across various functions to maintain alignment and drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing large and complex programs with full accountability for scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
  • Experience in portfolio-level oversight, balancing commitments, capacity, risk, and financial performance.
  • Strong skills in engaging with executives and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Expertise in governance, reporting, and control frameworks for major programs.
  • Solid financial acumen, including margin management and cost control.
  • Proven ability to develop and mentor senior project and program managers.
  • Experience in driving delivery excellence and embedding consistent practices across teams.
  • Strong risk and escalation management skills, particularly in high-pressure environments.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience in Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations.
  • Client-focused mindset, balancing customer outcomes with business targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee large, multi-stream programs to ensure delivery against defined scope, time, budget, and quality.
  • Influence and evolve global project management frameworks, methodologies, and governance.
  • Ensure consistent adoption of best practices and standards across the EMEA region.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin controls.
  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate critical risks and issues proactively.
  • Coach and develop senior project managers and program leads, focusing on succession planning and capability building.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless execution across various departments.
