Job summary

This role involves managing critical in-house development projects that enhance global service operations, focusing on areas such as e-commerce, circular economy, and service support. The position offers significant ownership and influence over project execution while collaborating with various stakeholders across functions and international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate strategic projects impacting the service business.
  • Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities using lean methodologies and data insights.
  • Work with product managers and business development to convert initiatives into actionable plans.
  • Ensure alignment and progress by coordinating with stakeholders across teams and countries.
  • Support pricing activities, sales initiatives, training programs, and conduct ad hoc analyses to enhance workflows and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Approximately 3-5 years of experience in relevant roles.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.

Skills

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to build trust with stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable improvements.

Education

  • BSc or master’s degree in business administration or a relevant discipline.

Tools

  • Familiarity with project management tools and data analysis software.
