Job summary

This role involves overseeing project management operations within the offshore wind sector, ensuring high-quality customer experiences during main component exchange projects. The position requires leadership in managing operational portfolios and supporting offshore campaigns.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or similar)
• 7-10 years of experience in project management, particularly with large-scale, cross-functional projects
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, IPMA)
• Understanding of quality standards and HSE practices
• Experience with governance and risk management frameworks
• Proficient in SAP PPM, Power BI, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for daily operations and provide indirect leadership to project teams
• Support offshore campaigns and maintain effective operations with jack-up vessels
• Develop and implement structured project methodologies for continuous improvement
• Align global standards with local execution for offshore campaign readiness
• Engage with senior stakeholders and suppliers to ensure compliance and performance
• Manage complex risk and governance frameworks, promoting collaboration across functions
• Mentor colleagues and enhance organizational capabilities
