Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in a large enterprise, with expertise in Procurement and Global Travel Management.
  • Proven experience managing Hotel and/or Meetings & Events categories on a global scale.
  • Familiarity with implementing digital tools in travel programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Global Hotels and Meetings & Events category management.
  • Develop and implement robust travel programs for corporate needs.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and travel suppliers to optimize travel operations.
  • Focus on digitization and innovation within the travel program.
  • Manage a complex stakeholder matrix across various organizations.

Skills

  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Ability to influence and gain stakeholder alignment.
  • Structured work approach with effective time management.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
