Compliance Auditor (Aviation, Copenhagen)

Job summary

The Compliance Auditor will provide independent oversight of operations and training organizations, ensuring adherence to EU and national aviation regulations as well as internal policies. This role is part of the Safety, Compliance & Security team and involves conducting audits and inspections, documenting findings, and supporting compliance systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an auditor in an aviation context.
• Strong understanding of aviation management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and conduct audits across Operations and Approved Training Organisation (ATO), including subcontracted service providers.
• Document findings, classify non-conformities, and issue audit reports while monitoring corrective actions.
• Contribute to the annual audit plan and support compliance monitoring to meet regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and maintain auditor competence through training.

Education
