EHS Manager (Construction, Data Centers, Site-Based)

Job summary

An experienced EHS Manager is sought for major Data Center construction projects in Denmark. This full-time, site-based role requires a quality-driven professional with strong communication and client management skills, focused on large impactful projects.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in EHS management roles.
• Proven track record in large-scale, complex projects; Data Center experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with project control mechanisms and technical risk assessments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to visualize and convey issues effectively.
• Excellent organization, coordination, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborative and proactive team player.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Valid Danish Working Permit.

Responsibilities

• Raise safety awareness among project managers.
• Prepare, implement, and monitor the project EHS plan.
• Lead safety meetings with clients and trades.
• Supervise client’s project EHS oversight resources.
• Assess and approve contractor safety plans.
• Review and comment on high-risk activities.
• Champion safety initiatives and support client safety campaigns.
• Apply lessons learned and best practices.
• Lead investigations and root cause analysis.
• Provide safety support and guidance.
