About the role

Job summary

The role involves managing product categories as a Demand Planner, focusing on stock levels and performance through data analysis and collaboration with various teams.

Qualifications

  • Degree in business or economics, preferably in International Business or Supply Chain Management.
  • Recent graduate or a few years of relevant experience in supply planning, inventory planning, or supply chain analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with large data sets.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales and stock data to enhance forecast accuracy and support daily planning decisions.
  • Manage forecasts and inventory at SKU level to ensure high availability and balanced stock.
  • Coordinate with procurement on purchase orders, supplier capacity, and raw material booking to maintain an agile supply chain.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Sales and Buying, to align forecasts and ensure appropriate stock levels.
  • Contribute to the planning of new collections by analyzing historical data and estimating demand.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and develop process optimization tools to enhance efficiency across planning.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented with a structured work approach.
  • Strong communication skills and a pragmatic mindset for building relationships across teams.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, motivated by improving processes and achieving tangible results.

Education

  • Degree in business or economics, preferably within International Business or Supply Chain Management.

Tools

  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.
