About the role

Job summary

The Market Response Planner role focuses on optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing customer satisfaction within the Customer Operations function. This position involves collaboration with various teams to address short-term supply issues and manage business waste effectively across the Nordics.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in supply planning, preferably in FMCG.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with experience in SAP.
  • Fluency in English (B2 Level); knowledge of a Scandinavian language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Align and automate stock allocation policies with stakeholders, managing daily AATP business rules and ensuring compliance.
  • Identify and escalate short-term stock risks, coordinating crisis resolution related to product availability and logistics.
  • Analyze Business Waste Reports and manage inventory to minimize losses through effective disposal or customer offers.
  • Utilize SAP and Kinaxis Rapid Response Supply to mitigate risks and maintain data integrity.
  • Report supply constraints and opportunities to planning managers, representing the market supply chain in regional meetings.
  • Track service performance, identify root causes of service losses, and implement corrective actions to maintain customer service standards.
