Materials Handler (GMP, Day Shift, Hillerød)

Job summary

This role involves supporting daily warehouse operations in a GMP-regulated environment, focusing on the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to production. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures while maintaining efficient material flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Previous experience in a GMP-regulated warehouse is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in compliance with GMP regulations.
• Document all warehouse activities accurately, including receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Deliver materials to production promptly.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels meet production needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to adhere to GMP standards.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and other departments.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Skills

• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office, including SAP.
• Forklift certification is required.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary; further certifications are beneficial.

Tools

• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
