Job summary

This role involves supporting legal operations within the Western Europe market and LEGO Discovery Centers, focusing on compliance and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent legal degree.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in-house or in private practice, particularly in retail, marketing, sales, competition law, and data privacy.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proven experience in complex negotiations and managing stakeholders.
• Solid commercial acumen across various levels of the value chain.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing legal issues.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal workstreams in the Western Europe market and LDC team, collaborating with internal specialists.
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel.
• Engage with stakeholders from executive to mid-management levels.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Contribute to the development of relevant legal tools and templates.
