Student Assistant in Legal & Compliance (Pharmaceutical, Hellerup)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Legal & Compliance department within a dynamic international pharmaceutical environment. The Student Assistant will engage in various tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of the team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in law or a related field, though not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and proactively address routine challenges.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital tools; experience with contract management systems is advantageous.
• Interest in legal, compliance, and administrative functions within a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the company’s contract management system, including training colleagues.
• Review and provide advice on minor contracts based on educational background.
• Manage administrative tasks such as training coordination, scheduling activities, and seminar tracking.
• Assist with invoice processing and expense management.
• Help coordinate with external law firms.
• Support processes related to power of attorney and notarization/legalization tasks.
• Assist the Senior Legal Counsel with insurance-related responsibilities.

Education
